At Cassia Studio, we are a local Singapore renovation company built on a simple yet powerful belief: transparency should never be an afterthought. From the very first consultation to project handover, we prioritise our clients’ experience ensuring every step of the renovation journey is clear, seamless, and thoughtfully managed.

True to our tagline, “Blooming Notions Into Reality,” we bring visions to life with a commitment to both quality and accountability. As part of our forward-thinking approach, we are proud to pioneer the implementation of mandatory pre- and post-renovation defect scans by a third-party defect scanning specialist; because we believe that peace of mind starts with thorough checks.

Our estimates are comprehensive from the get-go, taking into account all essential works including electrical and plumbing based on each homeowner’s input during the consultation phase. We also pre-schedule every stage of the renovation to minimise downtime and keep progress consistent. To further reinforce our commitment, we offer a product lifetime warranty for added assurance long after the renovation is complete.

Israafil shifted from architecture to interior design to pursue his passion for functional, beautiful spaces. As Cassia Studio’s founder, he integrates architectural standards with thoughtful design. His homeowner-first approach, built on trust and collaboration, drives him to enhance renovation experiences through purposeful innovation and solid construction practices.

    How long does a renovation take to complete?

    The duration depends on the scope of work, ranging from a few weeks for smaller scale renovation (Bathroom/Kitchen) to 2-3 months for larger ones.

    How do you ensure quality assurance?

    We take pride in our work and strive for perfection. Our team of experts carefully manages each project, guaranteeing exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. And to ensure top-notch quality, we work with SG DefectScan for meticulous unbias inspection pre and post renovation.

    Is Cassia Studio HDB & BCA licensed for renovations?

    Absolutely! As an HDB-registered and BCA-licensed company, we adhere to strict guidelines and regulations. This allows us to deliver renovation works that meet the highest industry standards.

    Do you offer in-house loans?

    We understand financing can be a concern. Although we don’t provide in-house loans, we will assist you through the process of applying for a bank loan that suits your needs.
